QUICK UPDATE: Postings to the blog are going to be spotty for the coming week while I'm getting some much needed R&R in Virginia. When I get back into town next Saturday, I'll basically be leaving the airport and going straight to a reading.
Next weekend is MondoHomo, a massive five day event featuring music and spoken word in conjunction with the US Social Forum, which is being held in Atlanta at the same time. I'll be reading at Lenny's, 486 Decatur St., in East Atlanta starting about 8:15 p.m. Also during the festival, you'll have a chance to see folks like Theresa Davis, Megan Volpert, Corey Houlihan, Dustin Brookshire, Karen G and Stacie Boschma performing. The line up is too long to list here, so check it out at this link.
If you haven't purchased your copy of HalfLife Crisis, here's another place to download it and it's even cheaper than iTunes! No excuses now. PayPlay.fm is selling the album for $8.88 or you can download individual tracks for 77 cents!
If you're looking for something else to read, check out my latest essay on indie bookstores both here and abroad at the VRZHU blog. You might also want to mosey over to check out Dustin Brookshire's new online literary 'zine called...wait for it...Limp Wrist. He's accepting submissions now for the first edition, which will go live later this year.
I'll be posting again mid-week with an update on my travels.

I am intrigued about downloading some of your spoken word files. $0.77 a poem. What a deal!

Enjoy your summer break. Hope you don't go through the culture shock I have; ever since I returned "I'm Afraid of Americans."
Warmest regards from the belly of the beast.
