PJ Harvey & John Parish - Black Hearted Love

My favorite PJ Harvey album remains her collaboration with John Parish, Dance Hall at Louse Point, from 1996. They have collaborated again for a new album, A Woman A Man Walked By, which is out in April. This is the first single. It's brilliant.

This is SO much better than what was on her last solo album White Chalk. I'll download it.

It's getting mixed reviews from the indie music wonks, but I'll still get it. Love PJ. Just love her.

i always wondered . . . when the Brits call someone a *blaggard* (sp), a bad insult, is that short for "black-heart"?

A blaggard is someone who is black-hearted, of dubious character or a general rogue.
