Voices Carry reading is Oct. 27


Poetry Atlanta, Georgia Center for the Book and Poets & Writers Inc. present the 8th annual Voices Carry reading on Saturday, Oct. 27, 3 p.m. at the Decatur Library, 215 Sycamore Street. The reading will be held in the downstairs auditorium and there is plenty of free parking in the library deck. Direct access to the auditorium is available from the lower deck.

This year we are thrilled to have Jericho Brown (author of the American Book Award-winning collection, Please), Alice Lovelace (award winning poet, editor and activist), Sandra Meek (NEA Fellow and author of Road Scatter), Cecilia Woloch (NEA Fellow and author of Late and Carpathia) and host Collin Kelley (Georgia Author of the Year Award-winner and author of Slow To Burn and the novel Remain In Light).
