End of November Notes
Speaking of SRP, the press announced last week that my poetry collection Render was the number three top seller the past two quarters. Michael Klein's The Talking Day and Theresa Davis' After This We Go Dark were one and two. Fantastic company to be in!
And speaking of Render, while I was in LA the online mag Imitation & Allusion gave the collection a great little review and there was also a Q&A with me. You can read it at this link. Be sure to check out the mag's interview with Bryan Borland about the founding of SRP at this link.
And speaking of LA, Theresa and I were interviewed and filmed during our reading at the Coffee Cartel by the broadcast journalism students at Mira Costa High School. You can watch us in action at this link.
I will be a "guest bookseller" on Saturday, Nov. 30, from 7 to 10 p.m. at Bound To Be Read Books in East Atlanta Village as part of Small Business Saturday. I'll be recommending books and I might even ring up a sale or two. Copies of Render will be available and if you buy one, you'll get a coupon for a discounted copy of the new editions of Conquering Venus or Remain In Light. Come by and support indie bookstores this holiday season!
