New poems, events on the way

I am thrilled to announce that I have new work coming soon in three different publications: The Cortland Review, Foglifter and the Sibling Rivalry Press anthology If You Can Hear This: Poems in Protest of an American Inauguration.

My event calendar is also starting to fill up with readings including Rejoice, Regroup, RESIST! on Jan. 20 at 7 Stages Theatre in Atlanta; Sunday Evening Chill at Kavarna Coffee House in Decatur on Jan. 29; the annual Blended Heritage Festival at the Fayette County Public Library on Feb. 24; and joining with Karen Head for another edition of Call & Response on Feb. 27 at Georgia Center for the Book at the Decatur Library.
